For best results, adhere with Glitz Fix or mix with cake liner sealant and use with Brush to create a reflective, sparkly line. 3gms.
TECHNIQUE TIPS
Complete a show-stopping glitter eye by using Glitz Fix across the eyelid to hold the glitter in place. Draw a thin line of iLine Liquid Eyeliner Pen across the top lash line to define eyes and finish with two coats of Madison Ave Mascara for a dramatic effect.
